Briana Kunstman is a junior at Augustana College double majoring in Psychology and Women and Gender Sexuality Studies with a Spanish minor. She plans to attend graduate school and eventually receive her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. After this, she hopes to go on to receive her Sex Therapy Certification. At Augustana College, Briana is the president of Psi Chi Honor Society/ Psych Club, a student leader for The Gray Matters Mental Health Collective, and the Community Liaison for NAMI. She also works for the Psychology Department as an assistant and is doing research alongside one of the department’s professors. This upcoming year, she will be interning for a local LGBTQ+ resource center and will be working with LGBTQ+ youth. Briana is an intern at St. Charles Advanced Therapy and is responsible for administrative work.
In her free time, Briana enjoys singing, spending time with her cat, and researching. She has an interest in continuing her research throughout graduate school and beyond.
