Cultivating Community & Connection

The two most important words you can hear when you are struggling are, “Me too.

We have seen the profound effects when two or more are gathered, sharing their experiences, struggles and solutions. We have witnessed our own clients transform their lives in such a setting. That is why St. Charles Advanced Therapy is offering this support group to address a sense of isolation and lack of connection many of us feel because of COVID.
